Join friends and colleagues for a deep discussion by a panel of leading women in the field, chaired by Professor Melanie Davies, CBE (University of Leicester, UK), about what lies ahead and the challenges that remain.

Topics will include the latest developments in therapies for producing disease-modifying weight loss without bariatric surgery, advancements in long-acting insulins and dual and triple agonists for better glucose management and the prevention of complications, the role of technology and Time in Range for managing T2D, issues of access and social determinants of health in addressing the larger T2D epidemic, and much more.

Our group of international, all women panelists (bios below) include Dr. Roberta Lamptey (Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Ghana), Dr. Claire Meek (University of Cambridge, UK), Dr. Nisa Maruthur (Johns Hopkins University, USA), Dr. Athena Philis-Tsimikas (Scripps Whittier Diabetes Institute, USA), and Dr. Tsvetalina Tankova (Medical University, Sofia, Bulgaria). The panel discussion will be preceded by a cocktail reception where you’ll have the opportunity to network and connect with colleagues and friends.
